Neuroanatomy Portrait:
Structures of the Limbic Lobe

This piece is a self-portrait showing my brain in situ, with a particular highlight on bilateral structures of the limbic lobe (via cuts and dissections). It was an exercise in mapping surface and underlying anatomy as well as developing a digital rendering style that mimics traditional media.
Intended audience: editorial; science-literate population
Media and software:  Procreate, Adobe Illustrator (illustration); Maya, Cinema 4D, ZBrush (maquettes)
Client: Shelley Wall
Advising: Shelley Wall, Kristy Cheung
